- How you heard about us, and any note you add
Like any website, our servers briefly see technical details such as your IP address. We use them only to keep the site secure and stop spam orders.
Setup guide: if you open it from your order email, we can see which step you reach, so Randy can call and help if you get stuck. Otherwise, we only count steps anonymously.
Help assistant: questions typed in the help chat are answered by an AI. We keep only the text of the question (no name, no address) to improve the guide. Never type card numbers or passwords in the chat.
What we use it for
- Calling you to confirm your order and total
- Taking payment the way you choose
- Shipping your box and helping if something goes wrong
- Emails about your order, like setup help. Unsubscribe from non-essential emails anytime.
The “recent orders” notice
It shows only a first name, city, state and number of boxes. Never a last name, phone, email or street address. Each notice disappears after 60 days, and we remove yours on request.

A few service providers handle information only to run the site and process orders. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your information, your call
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you, or to be removed from the recent orders notice. We answer within 30 days, and we’ll never treat you differently for asking.

No advertising or analytics cookies. The site may remember small settings on your device, like muting the 3D view, and our security provider may set a cookie that stops bots. Since we don’t track you or build a profile, a “Do Not Track” signal has nothing to turn off.
Security
The whole site is encrypted (HTTPS), and only the people who fulfill your order can see it. No method is perfect, which is one more reason we never take card details online.
Children & changes
This site is for adults; we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
